The Grand Opening Ceremony will be held in November for the new Donald Danforth Plant Science Center.
Construction of the $75 million center began in 1999 with planning beginning in 1998. As construction nears completion and move in crews get ready, there is much excitement and anticipation.
After beginning to manage the project in house, the Donald Danforth Plant Science Center hired Landmark in May 2000 to successfully lead this project.
Four short months later, the project was back within budget, and three months had been shaved off the construction schedule. As Project Managers, Landmark provided the leadership to reduce cost and achieve schedule goals.
The 170,000 sf, state-of-the-art research facility includes many features to attract the finest scientists from across the world including:
