In January 2001, Landmark Contract Management was hired by Harrah’s to serve as Program Manager on their in-house renovations. Since then, Landmark has been on site, working directly with the local contractors and designers to get their projects completed.
"We have been managing designers and coordinating construction for all of Harrah’s Maryland Heights, Missouri renovation projects. We have a lot of casino experience, and we pride ourselves in coordinating these improvements without compromising the guest experience," states Roger Carr, Landmark’s Project Manager at Harrah’s.
The $10 million worth of projects include renovation to Antonio’s
Restaurant, renovation to Total Rewards and the Employee Dining Room, installation
of new carpeting on the Island Casino, a new restroom corridor, a new soft
count room for both of the Casinos and a remodel of the cash lines, a remodel
of the Hotel Lobby, and a new Deli Restaurant.
