Landmark selected as the Program Manager for the new MOHELA Headquarters.

Landmark Contract Management was selected to serve as the new Program Manager for the construction of the Missouri Higher Education Loan Authority’s (MOHELA) new headquarters. MOHELA will be the main tenant and Owner of the new $10 million facility located in the Chesterfield Valley, near St. Louis, Missouri.

MOHELA has already hired ACI Boland to serve as the architect for the building and design is underway. Landmark will serve as the Owner’s Representative during the design, construction, and move-in phases of the project.
