Cornerstone Realty Advisors, Inc. has retained Landmark to represent them as Agent in the development of Gallery Place – a one million square foot multi-use project to be developed and constructed in Washington, DC. The $240 million project will include five levels of parking below grade, two to three levels of up-scale restaurants and shops, and one level embracing 14 AMC theatres, assembled around a food court. The development will also have nine floors of office space and a separate nine-story tower area housing 187 residential apartments. The overall building will top out at 11 stories covering one city block.
