Landmark Contract Management was hired as the new Program Manager for the Webster Groves School District. The District passed a $10 million bond issue for district-wide improvements and renovations. The School Board is currently in the process of identifying and prioritizing the needs of the District. However, an example of the involved projects includes renovations to the High School cafeteria and renovations to the Middle School Industrial Technology area, multiple miscellaneous small projects, asbestos removal, roof and façade work, etc.
As the District’s Program Manager, Landmark will manage all of the planning, design and construction of their program.
"We have over $150 million
worth of educational experience and we look forward to squeezing every penny
out of a bond issue for the students! We welcome the challenges," said
Brad Hornburg, Landmark’s CEO.
