Landmark Contract Management was selected this week to serve as the new Program Manager for the $50 million bond issue passed by the Collinsville Unit 10 School District in April. Landmark, along with two other firms gave their final presentation to the Board of Education, on March 26, 2001 and was hired the next day.
"We are very excited to serve the Collinsville School District. We have been anxious to work in Illinois and love squeezing every penny out of the bond issue dollars for School Districts," said Landmark’s CEO, Brad Hornburg.
The $50 million bond issue includes a new 7/8 center, and renovations and additions to 10 other District schools.
Landmark will immediately begin working with the District’s architect, AAIC during the programming and design phases of the projects.
