The Construction Mortgage Lender Services Division provides review, monitoring and fund control services to institutional lender and equity investors on commercial real estate such as hotels, office buildings, warehouse distribution centers, retail malls, medical office and clinical facilities, apartment complexes, condos, loft apartments, theaters and sports arenas, churches, as well as a few unique commercial construction projects.
