The Sac & Fox Tribe hired Landmark to manage the design and construction of the 400,000sf New Meskwaki Bingo Casino Hotel. It is the largest full service casino in the Midwest. The facility includes 1,400 slot machines, a poker area, a VIP area and a state-of-the-art Bingo Hall. In addition, there are two 200 room hotels attached to the facility including deluxe rooms and suites, five restaurant venues, indoor pool, and the new Winding Stream Spa.
