Landmark Selected as Program Manager for Peabody Energy $20M renovation.
Landmark is excited to begin managing the design and construction for Peabody Energy. Phase I of the project is ready to launch and will include renovating 9 of the 15 floors at Peabody's Downtown St. Louis Headquarters. Project plans include a new Executive Floor and Conference Center with an employee café. Plans for a fitness center and upgrades to the lobby and security system are also included.
