facility.

The boat is 348 feet in length, has 34,000 sf of gaming area
and restaurants, and can carry 2,250 passengers and 500
crewmembers.

The vessel is docked adjacent to a permanent ticketing and
loading facility including a 37,000 sf area which houses a
lounge, two restaurants, and convention space.
Landmark was responsible for planning, scheduling of construction,
inspection, and cost control for the facility.
